Worked example: JSB Paving

Why this also matters beyond today's post

Everything you say in a voice note stays on file after the post goes up. It becomes a running record of the jobs JSB Paving has done. Over time, that record can be shown to future customers browsing for a patio, driveway, or groundworks company, so they can see real completed jobs and understand what's involved before they ever ask for a quote.

That's why it helps to explain your reasoning in plain terms, not just what you did: why a certain material or technique suited the job, what a customer should expect, what a step in the process is for. That's the part a future customer actually learns from.

Job 1: Sandstone patio with drain channel
