Tell the Story of the Job

Record one voice note, 30–90 seconds. Talk like you're explaining the job to a customer, not answering a form.

Try to cover most of these as you go. You don't need to hit every one:

Where was it?
Town and property type
What was the problem?
What the customer wanted fixed
What did you do?
Surface, products, anything tricky
What changed?
What people will notice in the photos
How long did it take?
Roughly is fine
Any advice for someone with the same problem?
One tip to close on
Here's what that sounds like

"This was over in Ellesmere Port. The customer had loads of black spots and weeds on the block paving. We treated it first because pressure washing alone wouldn't shift them, then pressure washed it and re-sanded all the joints afterwards, which took about a day. Looks like a completely new driveway now. If yours has black spots like this, get it treated properly first, or they'll be back within weeks."

Don't worry if you miss one. We'll still make it work.
